5. Client Engagements & Deliverables

Ownership of intellectual property created during an engagement (designs, code, documentation, etc.) is determined by the applicable project agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written contract, Anypreta retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methodologies, frameworks, and know-how.
